APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AS A PROMOTER
1.Stamped Current Bank Statement (Issued within a month)
2.Two trade reference letters (from any of your Suppliers or Creditors)
3.Certified copies of Certificate of Incorporation and CR14/Deed of Trust/Liquor Licence/BPC (whichever is applicable).
4.Festival Concept (applicable to Festivals only)
